Villazero is a detached house that is both Nordic Ecolabelled and Zero CO2 certified. A Zero CO2 certification requires the house to pay off its carbon dioxide debt in 50 years, but Villazero is expected to be carbon neutral already in 10 years due to the use of sustainable techniques and materials.

At Davidshallstorg in Malmö, the old police station was built in 1934. To revive the building, it was carefully renovated over a period of 29 months. Additional buildings were added and it was completed in 2021 with 122 apartments. The project has received several awards.
