A home with movement in focus

When two of Sweden’s most prominent athletes moved to their dream house in Hofterup, storage needs quickly became a priority. With training equipment, clothing and everyday logistics, a system that was both sustainable, functional and stylish was required.

Elfa was the obvious choice.

Shoe compartment under the stairs

It goes without saying that the right shoes are important for an athlete. By optimising storage in the small space under the stairs, Thobias got his very own shoe wardrobe. With a good overview, it’s quick and easy to get started on your workout.

Compact dressing room with sloping roof

On the upper floor, all the training clothes found their place in the small dressing room with a sloping ceiling. By utilising Elfa’s flexibility, every square centimetre could be used and Thobias and Lisa got a perfect wardrobe for all their training clothes. Maximum overview and availability.

A bedroom for rest

For Lisa and Thobias, it was important that the storage not only fulfilled its function - but also integrated into the Scandinavian design of the home. The result was a home with storage that really makes life easier.

The wardrobe is furnished with Elfa’s Décor+ and the sliding doors with mirror glass are the Artic model with the Gallery design.

An office for peace and quiet

Lisa often sits at home and works, so it’s nice to have a dedicated room to close. Aston likes to be with her every day.
